ACP Annual Meeting

The American College of Prosthodontists asked us to develop a concept for their upcoming annual meeting.

Overview

The ACP has more than 3,800 members and affiliates internationally including prosthodontists, dental technicians, dental students, and other dental professionals who have significantly contributed to the specialty of the restoration and replacement of missing teeth and oral/facial structures with natural, esthetic, and functional replacements.

Challenge

Our challenge was to graphically represent the theme of “Prosthodontists: The Intersection of Art and Technology” throughout many materials. We were tasked to convey the beauty and artistry of what prosthodontists do and how it is reflected in nature.

Solution

We used graphics of the golden spiral in nature paired with pencil sketches and a bright, vibrant color scheme, to reinforce the brightness and creativity involved in the esthetic side of what prosthodontists do.

We created a postcard, website graphic, registration flyer and form, exhibitor registration form, a registration brochure, and program guide, all following the established theme.

“Sharon developed a beautiful, compelling visual identity for our meeting…

…that captured the many facets of our membership. Her designs translated well across multiple avenues such as publications, on-site signage, and social media. She was an excellent listener, attentive to detail, and impeccably reliable throughout the process. We look forward to working with her again.”
